To help keep all pupils safe, please ensure the school has up-to-date information about any allergies your child may have. Accurate allergy information enables us to put appropriate support plans in place, train staff effectively, and respond quickly in an emergency. We all have a part to play in creating a safe environment, including following our nut-aware policy and being mindful of the food brought into school. If your child has an allergy, please contact the school or update their details via Arbor.

Sports Funding

All primary schools in England are provided with an amount of money which must be spent on Sport in school during the academic year. Whilst the money itself is ‘ring fenced’, schools are free to determine how best to use this funding to improve the quality and breadth of PE and sport provision, including increasing participation in PE and sport so that all pupils develop healthy lifestyles and reach the performance levels they are capable of.

The provision of high quality sporting experiences can be secured through two main pathways:

  1. Opportunities for children directly
  2. Opportunities for children indirectly through development and training of staff
